ProCo delivers its promise

18 months ago, ProCo came together with Concept Communications Group (CCG) in Stansted on the foundation of an alignment of cultures and ambitions for change in the wider marketing operations space.

Following a successful period of growth, today we’ve delivered on the promise of a truly integrated multisite digital business by announcing that Concept Communications Group will be brought fully under the ProCo brand, giving us an extended footprint and even greater access to business in the south.

The move will see Jon Bailey, ProCo’s Managing Director, take on the role of group CEO, driving development, growth, and business strategy across all of the ProCo brands including Explosive Marketing, ProCo’s automated communication and loyalty business, and ProCo SPARK – an exciting new venture launching soon.

Giles Bowes will extend his current role to cover both the Stansted and Sheffield operations as Managing Director.

Jon said: “We felt straight away that the synergies between us and CCG made great business sense, and the conversations we are having with our customers endorse that. Bringing the ProCo brand to the south means we can move forward more cohesively as one business, amplify existing client relationships, and generate new exciting opportunities. The restructure allows us to take a more strategic approach to our development and I’m really excited about the way we are heading.”

Giles added: “We’re in a unique position here – this has never been about cost cutting or downsizing, but more to allow us to respond more effectively to changing consumer habits and proactively introduce new innovations to enhance our customer experience. This is just the next step on an exciting journey for both organisations and the team in Stansted can’t wait to officially become part of the ProCo family.”

This move will mark a significant milestone in the history of both organisations. It will create a platform for innovation and growth which will enable us to continue to provide leading technology enabled marketing solutions across the entire communications mix.
