Customer Satisfaction

We’ve all been there…when your significant other has all those habits that really annoy you. Except you don’t mention them. Ever. Until one day, when you’re really cross/drunk/grumpy, and everything all comes out in one lump, and you end up sleeping on the sofa and deciding who’s going to get the CD collection. Or that ridiculously huge anniversary gesture that says, actually, I think you’re ace, I just don’t show it that often.

The thing is, talking to each other is the best way to keep a relationship on track. Whether it be a business relationship or a personal one, you never really know what’s going on in someone’s head unless you ask.

We used to do that once a year. We still do (look out for it in your inbox soon!) and we appreciate the feedback we get from all our customers, whether good or bad. It helps us to understand what’s been going on in your world in the last year, and that’s awesome.

But that’s just one snapshot in time, the once a year bunch of flowers or the late night kebab shop argument. We want to know what you think about us every day, every time we work on your behalf, to make sure that what we think we’re doing well is what you appreciate about us and whether we’ve got rid of those annoying habits that you hated.

That’s where our customer satisfaction survey comes in. It’s only one question, at the end of a job, but it makes sure that we’re still doing those key things that you tell us once a year are important to you. And if something isn’t quite right, we won’t sulk, we’ll sort it out. The important difference though is that we’re looking at our relationship on a daily basis. And that can only be a good thing!

And that’s where I come in. My job is to make sure that you’re happy. That’s it! Sounds simple doesn’t it?

I’m always at the end of the phone or attached to my email, so if there’s something that you want to have a natter about, just shout. We don’t have to change the whole world, just make sure that your world is as simple and as straight forwards as we can make it.

And I’m always happy to put the kettle on and sit down with a brew. I’ll even come to you (I like chocolate Hob Nobs…if you’re buying).
