Customer performance survey 2015
Every year ProCo conducts a customer performance survey. The reason we do this is because exquisite customer service and customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do and is something we take very seriously (even when we’re larking about wearing silly hats). This week we’ve been updating all of the staff here at ProCo on the feedback from the survey and our plans for the future.
There is one very clear objective of this survey and that’s to make sure you, our customers, are happy and stay happy. To do this we need to listen, and that’s what our customer survey is all about. It’s about listening so we can understand your needs and gain insight from your feedback on our product and service offering, and understand what ProCo really means to you. And we don’t just listen, we take action. We use the feedback to continuously improve our performance in all areas of our business.
We are delighted by the results. You gave us 9 out of 10 across all of our performance areas. You told us our performance is up in every area from 2014 and 100% of you who were surveyed would recommend us to others. That’s fantastic thank you very much! Our strongest area of growth in 2015 is in technology and innovation and you scored us highly in the areas that matter most to you. This is valuable information and great to hear, but of course we want to know how we can improve too, so we value your feedback on this just as much.
We continuously strive to do the best for you, and listen to your needs all year round but the survey gives us a chance to truly reflect on what changes you would like to see and of course what you would like to stay the same.
